Four bands battled it out at Music Box on Friday, July 28, 2017 for the chance to play at the upcoming KAABOO Del Mar festival, which runs from Sept. 15-17. At the end of the night, Matthew Phillips came away victorious. He will perform at the Tourmaline Emerging Artist Stage during the festival.
